We add the employers’ materials to Tuudo, and students can view the material whenever and wherever during the fair. Employers can also continue their visibility after the fair.

What happens at the Fair?

Tuudo’s Career Paths platform is a familiar place for students to find suitable jobs. During the Fair, Tuudo evolves into a digital fair platform where students can look for employers and open jobs that match their values and expectations. Students can swipe the opportunities offered either to the left or to the right – similar to a dating app!

Work Life Webinars in which employers give more detailed information on their job opportunities and organisations are organised during the recruitment fair. Employers can also offer students the opportunity to carry out recruitment speed interviews.

Success story: Students’ recruitment event still sparks interest – Over 70,000 visitors at the Recruitment Fair

The student recruitment event, Tuudo’s Recruitment Fair, was held on September 16-19, 2024, with a part-time job theme. The event featured 35 employers from various fields, offering a wide range of opportunities for students.

The largest digital recruitment event for students in Finland was held from January 15th to 21st, 2024. Tuudo’s Recruitment Fair featured 72 employers, and a total of 75,000 visitors from all over Finland attended the event during the week.
