Product owner

Our unique product, TuudoApp, is used in more than 40 schools by 250 000 studens in Finland and has NPS over +60 among its users. To take TuudoApp to the next level we are currently seeking an experienced Product Owner.

Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for building compelling and competitive products for Tuudo.

• You will work closely with the engineering team to ensure our product delivery is as effective as possible. You are also supporting Tuudo’s sales and marketing teams.

• You are fully responsible for ensuring that product discovery is conducted to a high standard. This includes user research, documentation (why, what and for whom), communication and prioritization.

• You ensure that the teams have the customer and business context. You will interact with our customers to define the right direction and what problems we want to solve.

• You ensure that everything we build has a clear goal, we measure our progress towards these goals, and we have a plan of action if we fall short. You also ensure that this information is used as a feedback loop to improve roadmap prioritization.

• Evangelizing and building momentum around product designs, roadmaps and effective ways of working is core to this role.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management and product owner experience, focusing on B2B SaaS or licensing.

• Experience in managing teams and being the decision maker in your function.

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment.

• Experience executing high-impact projects. Making hard decisions and trade-offs come naturally to you.

• Launched multiple successful software products and features. Consistent track record of driving user or revenue growth through experimentation.

• Proficiency in Finnish and English.
